Kelly Crowley
Kelly has 20 plus years of training and coaching experience at the high school and elite club level. Tri-State Elite has grown in recognition quickly and is recognized as a Top 20 club nationally. He has also been recognized as the Ohio High School Coach of the Year and coaches at Seton High School. The past 4 seasons, he has coached teams to top 10 finishes at AAU Nationals in the 15 and 16 Open levels. He and his wife, Amy, are the proud parents of two daughters.
Matt Long
Matt has been leading volleyball athletes and teams for 25 years. He has been a successful coach at each and every level along the way. Matt has led successful varsity high school teams as well as nationally ranked club teams. His experience includes Head Varsity coach at at Dixie Heights and Beechwood High School as well as assisting at Notre Dame Academy leading the program to national recognition. He has trained many players that have gone on to play in college and built a wealth of networks along the way. His hard work has led to accomplishments that include top 20 national rankings according to PrepVolleyball.
Kevin Lucas
Kevin has 20 years of coaching experience at elite high schools and clubs. Kevin was the former head coach at St. Ursula Academy in Cincinnati, the Bulldogs were consistently ranked in the top 10 in the state. He spent 10 years as an assistant coach at St. Ursula, during this time won two state championships in 2001 and 2003 and the 2003 Prepvolleyball.com National Championship. He was also an assistant coach at St. Xavier High School from 2002-2005, going to three final fours and winning one state championship in 2003. Kevin also led Miami University Women's Club team to a #1 national ranking and named NIRSA and Miami University Club Sports Coach of the Year in 2005.
Together, Kelly, Matt, and Kevin have coached 200+ athletes that have played, are currently playing or are preparing to compete in Division 1 college volleyball. The list of programs include Penn State, Illinois, Michigan State, Michigan, Ole Miss, Kentucky, LSU, Virginia, Xavier, Cincinnati, Morehead State, Lipscomb, Western Kentucky, DePaul, Cleveland State, Wright State, Eastern Kentucky, Northern Kentucky and others.
